Why is that people who train regularly, injure themselves when not properly warmed up, but a novice won't necessarily get injured quickly? Let's say in an all out sprint.

Pulled my hamstring(suspected grade 1) running sprints 2 weeks ago. Felt pretty good so I decided to go out this morning. Same pull, same spot, worse this time. Sucks. Guess I'll take my time then. I tend to learn the hard way.

Took a look at a lot of videos to build myself a good rehabilitation exercise routine but having this video right here... just what I needed! Thank you for your video! Hope to be back on the soccer field sprinting and jumping like I used to 📈 Not anytime soon tho. #patience

"I "Pulled my Left Hamstring" in a soccer game while trying reach the ball with my right foot very high in there air. Little tearing sensation and popping in the mid-high part of my hamstring. PAIN : 9/10. Could only walk on my heel for 3-4 days. Went to see a Physiotherapist & started to be pain free during strengthening & slight stretching after 1-2 weeks. Currently on my 4th week post-injury."

My son is a national level sprinter and has had 2 low-grade strains in each leg over the past 7 months, all in different areas. Would appreciate some advice on rehabilitation for his latest stain, which occurred in the belly of his hammy yesterday. Also, exercises moving forward to help bullet proof his hamstrings in the future.
