DJ tells Mr. Nebbercracker it is time to let Constance go, but she overhears. The house breaks free from its foundation and chases the group to a construction site. Nebbercracker attempts to convince Constance that she should die while holding stick of dynamite, but Constance refuses. As she tries to eat him, Chowder fights the house off with an excavator, causing it to fall into a pit. DJ is given the dynamite and he and Jenny climb to the top of a tower crane while Chowder distracts Constance. DJ throws the dynamite into the chimney, destroying the house.

I'll still never understand why NONE of the other neighbors even glanced outside as a living house ripped through the streets, destroying everything in sight.

The house design in this final scene was super sick tho.

One thing I love about this fight is it literally embodies the "Giant Monster vs Giant Robot" trope, except the giant robot is literally just your regular standard excavator.

Also the way Chowder insults it, "You're nothing but a shack! you're an outhouse!" Ofc that flew way over my head as a kid but I feel like the joke there was he was calling her a skank and a slut LMAOO

I like how even when Constance came back even creepier, Chowder was still able to throw out insults, the kid is pretty brave.

A headscratcher on why no one else in the neighborhood heard or even questioned the screaming kids or loud noises from the possessed house, especially when not a single one of them is shown when the house was chasing DJ and his friends. There are no screams, no people running indoors, and no one gaping in awe at the house with two legs. My theory is that Constance's spirit might have the entire neighborhood under her spell, making them ignore the paranormal events happening around them.
