Why is Drag and Fill Handle Not Working in Excel?

In this video I tell you how to fix a problem where the fill handle in Excel is not working. If you can't drag the fill handle to copy a formula or fill a series, go to File | Options | Advanced and tick the following option: "Enable fill handle and cell drag-and-drop"

Thank you for this video, unfortunately, it didn´t help in my case. I have Autofilll options available but there is no Fill series option within them. And that is the one I would need to use.

So I have checked that setting in addition to the one under Formula's > Workbook Calculation and I am still having the issue. Any other thoughts?
