My thoughts: Prices largely in line with expectations, as Sora referenced LakeGarden Residences to find some pockets of opportunity to price certain units lower, but ultimately the average PSF will be similar to LakeGarden. Based on that logic, I would stick to my recommended units shared during the layout analysis segment 11:42.
