Another good one I use is after I go over who I am, what we are doing I ask “what day and time works best for you.” No yes or no question and usually works

I’m a independent insurance adjuster on the flip side. I absolutely love climbing roofs and going to try to sell roofs as a side gig! Wish me luck

Been knocking doors for solar and TV for years, decided to give this a shot when I heard it in a previous video: GOLD. Knocked 4 doors, got 3 to inspection, contingency agreements signed, met with 1 of their insurance adjusters already and got it bought!

This is a great strategy for any field. It’s been shown that it is easier for people to say “no” to a stranger than “yes”. So phrase your question that “no” is a positive response.
