LMAO . I was the king of insomnia issues. This method works better and only takes one or two days at the most . Simply try stair climbing find a stadium or just a normal building.. i dare you to go upstairs at least six flights and down then up again then down. The next day do eight flights the next do 10 flights . If you're in poor shape day two and three will be harder.. also get more sunlight.. some reason that is huge with insomnia something i learned by accident.
