I actually got one, and tbh, after few updates of their arc driver, it's getting better. Yes, it is still not as good as Nvidia lineup but can compete to games rn

Where I'm from the LOQ, TUF and Nitro lineup all cost about RM6000 or roughly $1400 converted. Might seems affordable but reaching 6K in local currency feels like a milestone not many are willing to take and even worse so now that our dollar values are low. Why this is important is because the Legion 5 lineup is reaching our 7k to 9k territory which is enough to afford a bike here. Budget in my country has never mean affordable. At best we're getting 3050s and 4050s at under $800 for newer released products. It's just another reality of buying laptops not in the US 🤷🏻‍♂️

3:15 I am 100% Lenovo will ship out many LOQs with a shittier display with this being a review unit. Dell also did the same with G7

I have legion 5 2021 with ryzen 5, gtx 1650 8 gb ram i upgraded it to 16 gb, 256 ssd + 1bt wd hdd great laptop never failed me.
This LOQ is very similar to mine and I think this new laptop is a winner.

I have LOQ 15 with i5 and 4060, 165hz WQHD screen. Got it for around 900 bucks. Absolute unit compared to high end models I've owned before. How this thing is considered gaming on a budget is beyond me. Best purchase I've done in a long time when it comes to laptops

In the uk the Lenovo LOQ with 16GB RAM, an RTX 4050 and and an I5 12450H is on sale at only 749 GBP for 949 GBP. For those specs, its an impressive deal.

I totally agree, there’s no reason to go with this spec over the Ryzen 7000/rtx 4050 model from last year.

got the Intel rtx version, added 1tb ssd and dual boot Linux. Ubutu runs pretty well on this device esp keyboard lights still works

I got mine with a ryzen 5 7000 and a 3050 and it's been great for gaming

Affordable Gaming laptops are so worth it these days! Only thing I would really look for is if you VR or not. as its still recommended for a higher end laptop for VR ing.

This SKU is 500 or 600 $ at best, take it or leave it lenovo. That price point probably would make more sense for this SKU.
