I absolutely love how accurate, efficient, and concise my boss in Korea is.

Japanese men are honestly so good looking. Mostly natural too.

Oh yeah. My aunt works in the fashion industry and she says that working with Japanese companies is so frustrating because everything takes No flexibility, everything is rigidly dragged around for weeks.

I used to work for a korean company and what he says is 100% accurate

People work very long hours in Japan but drag out their work because they know they'll be there long into the night.
Microsoft experimented with a 4 day work week in Japan and productivity shot up 40% because they actually did their work instead of trying to drag it out.

As a Korean, what he said is quite true. Work environment in Korea is quite loose and they somehow hate long process that takes time.

Yes, but increased efficiency comes with reduced accuracy inevitably - hence the easily preventable accidents, like the recent plane crash from not remodeling the airport slowly and properly.

A huge company at where I was a Maintenance guy, did an experiment, this was way back in the early 70's, They had music playing all over the huge main machine shop, it was not noisy in there as it was mainly metal milling and lathe work, any how they found that when the had soft mushy dreamy balladlike music on, production fell to it's lowest and when up tempo music was on pros=ductionwent up. This led t owhen the yhada huge order to fill by a deadline they had fast marching brass band military music going, this was a win win, production went up not only as the tempo increased but the workers on piece rate wanted to get out and off home to get away from the racket!

As a Korean American raised in the states I always thought i was impatient. Guess it’s in my dna 😊

This is true. We usually have meetings on Kakao or have quick chat in the corridor, and that's if we happen to bump into each other.
