The OnePlus Open is the most insane foldable phone ever to come to the US.

And the rumors only got it half right. The price is $1699, but you can trade in ANY PHONE in ANY CONDITION, and get at least $200 off.

the specs on this look really good. I guess we’ll have to see regarding inner screen durability and ironing out the software. My concern is that even undercutting the Z Fold / Pixel Fold, $1700 is a lot to pay for a phone. If it goes on a black friday deal of $1300 maybe it can pick up some sales. I’ve seen the Fold 4 go as low as $1400 on sales, wouldn’t be surprised if the Fold 5 goes on aggressive sales as well (not to mention trade-in deals), so the Open has serious competition
