I love it when Robert Trujillo and Kurt Hammet do these little in concert jam out sessions. They both look like they are having a blast. Robert singing in German was pretty amazing and the fact the audience was just loving it. I also saw the video of Robert and Kurt doing the same thing with Rock Me Amadeus and the same joy from that I got from this. I just love Metallica so much even though Lars is a whiny baby about everything ( lol ).

Considering how Metallica are eager to sue whenever someone uses their music, it would have been funny if Tom had sent them a Cease and Desist over this.
I don't care that there probably are no legal grounds to sue them.
I don't care how awesome this performance is.
I just think that they should face the mess which modern copyright law has become because of them.
