But the UCCC-1 would only allow for the "fixings' which I understand as the equipment only. Can you help with suggestions. Thank you

Thank you . We have a UCSC-1 on our home. By Pool company . We stopped paying because of their rudeness, how they do business! Lawyer said they were on the boarder line . They are 1st on our house note, they do not report to creditors, nor send out statements. Which I’ve asked for, they said we are up to 25tho for upground pool . Can they take our house and sale it from us, ( been3 yrs now) Help please
