On this video I explain: What is a UCC filing?

According to the national Association of Secretaries of State
"Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) filings allow creditors to notify other creditors about a debtor’s assets used as collateral for a secured transaction. UCC liens filed with Secretary of State offices act as a public notice by the "creditor" of the creditor's interest in the property."

A UCC filing is basically a lien against your business assets. I explain how to make sure these liens are removed from lenders and how lenders will leave them on if you are not on top of your game.
