Im 64 and getting ready to retire. Can’t buy my wife a yacht but I can give her yacht dinner experiences, by making your meals and plate them like she is on a yacht. She is enjoying it so far! Thanks!

"If your guests don't like butter, don't invite them!" Couldn't agree with you more Chef!

Hello Jean-Pierre, I have to say something. There are hundreds of YouTubers out there and I watch a lot of them every day. They are all lovely. But you, my “friend”, are the most lovable and sympathetic of all. Not every child can do that ;) . I wish you all the best and much success and health for the coming year. We hope you stay with us for a long long time!
Greetings from Germany

I also avoid people that don’t like the holy trinity of butter, dogs and cats.

Thanks for the appetizers! Wishing you and your family a happy new year!

After watching this channel for almost a year, I have been inspired to grow my own leeks, shallots and garlic!

I’m blown away by how you’re sharing such expert knowledge that people usually pay a premium to learn. Your generosity in making this information so accessible to anyone across the world is truly inspiring. It’s rare to find someone who not only excels in their field but also takes the time to give back to society in such a meaningful way. You’re a gem, and the world is better because of people like you. Thank you from Canada!

For giggles, I watched a bunch of "Chefs react" videos. Absolutely nobody has anything bad to say about Jean-Pierre Bréhier. He's the ultimate chef and an outstanding human. This is my favourite cooking channel by a huge margin. Hope it never ends! 🧡🔥🥰

Chef Jean-Pierre, the moment you put too much fig paste on the goat cheese I knew you would eat it. You are my favorite chef.

Got to share one of your recipes this Christmas. Back in October my stepdad asked me if I'd ever had lamb because he'd never tried it which gave me an idea. Fast forward to Christmas I brought a leg of lamb with me to add to the usual ham and dressing. I had to bring everything with me because their idea of a spice rack is salt, pepper, onion powder and McCormick seasoning mix🤦‍♂️. Despite a few hiccups the lamb came out perfect and everyone who tried it liked it. Keep doing what you're doing Chef because you're doing it right.

Nothing like serving Chef JP’s “horse doovers” at your New Year’s Eve party to get everyone talking. ❤

Dearest Chef Jean-Pierre, those Hors d'Oeuvre recall so many memories from times when festive days always began with hors d'oeuvres, in The Good Old Style! For this wonderful year full of new discoveries, recipes, your heartwarming enthousiasm and dynamics, so many tricks to learn and inspirations and after all, to give your time to give us lessons with a twist of fun. Your eternally good mood and passion make our days twice a week, more you could imagine. Happy New Year to you and Jack, merci pour tout

Hi chef! I've been working in a restaurant for over half my life, and I have not learned as much about cooking from anywhere as I have from you.

I was watching many of your videos with my family this christmas, it was a beautiful way to share my love of cooking with my family.

Mom really wants a chicken and dumpling recipe!
