I think either way they’re beautiful but you don’t need it if you already have nice everyday bags or if it’s not in your budget. I just remember one of my favourite teachers having one and it really made me think that was the epitome of cool girl when I was like 7-8😂❤but if you have a lot of money there are other bags that appreciate more so it sucks if some people feel pressured to keep it perfect, it can be worth it for some people just depends on a bunch of factors

I got mine in 2012 for $900 and I have never stopped using it. It is in my rotation honey 😉It can hold so much and it stays on my shoulder the best out of any tote I have ever had. I don’t subscribe to trends. I have and will always do and wear what I like 😘

This was my first designer bag. I got it in 2008. It was $600 full price at Saks lol it looks fantastic. I got it in the damier eben. I wore it every day for so many years and then when I had a baby, it was my diaper bag. Then when I went back to work, it was my work bag. Later on, I started collecting some more expensive Chanel bags, but this is my go to travel bag for the airport. She never stops working. But I could never bring myself to buy another one because of the new price. In 2021 I was actually thinking of getting another one and was shocked to find out it was 2K usd. So glad I got it when it was a new thing. I remember being really surprised and happy with the price when I bought it because I was 18 years old working at the mall and saved up all my money for this. They told me because of the lack of hardware and it mostly being canvas was the reason for the lower price point
