It is but the canvas is way stiffer than it’s more truly reversible counterpart - the Goyard St Louis - so the canvas can experience damage when flipping it, and also there is the straps which awkwardly sit inside once flipped. But it is TECHNICALLY possible. I think it’s less known because it’s a lot more of a hassle to do, and the Goyard works far better as a reversible tote. The canvas is thinner, so it folds easier, no built in hardware besides the pochette holder which can be flipped, and they fully made a reversible version with a leather flipside.
