That's why I don't get people removing the skin off of salmon, to me that's the most delicious part. So I'm glad there's a benefit to eating it.

I make bone broth every Monday with the bones and cartilage from Costco rotisserie chickens, and use the broth to cook rice in!

In my country we eat bone broth almost every day. Chicken, pork, beef broth, whatever is available. Best stuff for collagen.

I’m in my 50s, I went through surgical menopause at age 29, I had to stop taking estrogen at age 40, before most people even begin menopause - so I drink bone broth every morning. I get the No sodium type, but I add salt for taste & to make sure I get enough salt. It has a good amount of protein, & helpful for when you can’t eat right away.

I have OA on my knees, been taking collagen every morning for at least 1 yr. I am able to walk 1-2 miles a day. My skin and my hair looks good at 65 yrs!

I eat 3 eggs every morning with Nutritional Yeast. Done it for years. Not sure if it’s helped but I’m pretty spry for 70. Need to lose some weight tho. Getting fat this winter. Like a bear. Eat sleep repeat.
