Snake is another one of those awesome technical characters like Inkling that will have a pretty good learning curve if you want be really good with them and Snake's kit in particular has many interesting setup and mix up options that I'm sure ingenious players will create and dazzle us with in tournaments.

Things worth noting:
Up tilt has a smaller, more realistic hitbox. Still great kill option
Jump squat has been cut tremendously from 9 frames to 3, a mere third. This makes his aerials much more useful, especially with nair being more consistent
Nikita is faster, making it a good tool alongside all of his other explosives

Yes u can, just look at the combos they can do, like shiek, bayo, and cloud, they all have good frame data and have good combos against characters in ultimate
