Hope you all are enjoying the videos..it's been 2 months and I'm trying my best to give you all what best I all your love and encouragement hopefully should be able to transfer what little I have learnt over the years to you all.
Yesterday we shot the whole day and going to present to you in August the following dishes...
Set dosa
Vadacurry
Onion Rava dosa
Kara pudhina chutney
Aloo Gobi masala
Vegetable Makhanwala
Kadai Subzi
Aadi masam spl kashmiri rice kheer
Rice Kesari bath ( very famous sweet in Belman Durgaparameshwari temple ... Udupi)
And as promised, using the Udupi Rasam powder made Kovakkai roast and Paacakkai Puli curry.

I tried this today and for the first time, my fried rice came out very well! I cooked the rice as instructed, but slightly longer.
Sautéed the vegetables in cast iron skillet and it retained the heat well, although it does not substitute the work.

Super recipe Sir! I tried this and it was superb! usually when I try new recipes from online shows..it doesn't taste as good as it seems.yours is the only recipe that tastes as good at home as seen on the show.Great chef.🙏
