Just finished making it. Since I made twice as many pieces as you did, I doubled the ingredients. I probably could have put less cayenne pepper, but overall, it came out very good.

I made this the other night, just had to say it was AMAZING! I just added it to our recipe box, this is going to become a regular meal in our family! 🥰 Even my very very picky eater (who covers EVERYTHING in ketchup) was able to eat this as is, and with no complaints!! Thank you!!

Love your recipes. Easy to follow with everyday seasoning. I made your lemon pepper chicken tenders (I used wings) and it was the best. I had searched YouTube and tried a couple of recipes but yours is the one. I keep your recipe on deck because it is football season which means it is wing season! So your recipe is my go to. Jay, I've made this several times now (in fact another batch is in the oven) and it almost always turns out awesome. The only time(s) it didn't was when I jacked up the honey sauce. Now I got it pretty much on lock. Thanks for the recipe, much appreciated! And happy holidays.

This is so Amaze Balls! It's easy! I'm using fresh Chopped Elephant Garlic and that's about 3 cloves, then again it is more pungent. For Shit's & Giggles, I sprayed a little Lemon lemon juice on one piece just to see if it altered the flavor. Thank you for sharing this, your method is so easy to follow. I can see this on a bed of rice, and any of the Honey Juices left, I drizzle over the rice, may season the Rice with Black Sesame seed. Kudos & Bravo Zulu for a great Culinary Performance.

1:08 I do realize that it's likely difficult to get a good camera angle when you do it this way, but seasoning from higher up will help it fall on the food more evenly and be less splotchy.

If I may jay
I mix my spices in an empty 12 oz plastic spice jar
Can shake it up good then shake it onto the meat with better control
I think it makes it easier

This is officially on my meal rotation! It’s late, otherwise I would have consumed all 4 chicken thighs! Even though I didn’t have any Italian seasoning on hand this was THE BEST and tastiest!! Thank you Jay!
