After watching this video, you will know exactly what a sprint is in Scrum project development. Steve describes how it is a software development cycle that produces production-ready programming code. These relate to a set number of well-defined stories that have specific scopes. These stories can include analysis, design, development, testing and documentation. Steve then discusses how sprints should be short in length: either two or four weeks. Finally, he describes all the elements within a sprint.
