Caitlin Clark for ROTY by a million miles. Cmon now. To compare to Angel Reese or pick her over Clark is a full on insult at this rate.

This Angel Reese stuff is nonsense. She's a great player. But Caitlin Clark is in a league all by herself. This "debate" is getting ridiculously stupid.

How much is ESPN getting paid to pretend there's a race. Reese would've won ROTY in most of the recent years, perhaps every year lately except 2018 (Wilson rookie year), but what Clark is doing is hardly seen before in the WNBA. This is the 4th game in the last 5 where she had at least 20 points and 10 assists, this as a rookie.

The defense of Angel Reese is embarrassing.

It's not even a competition. Stop. The race is over

It ain't no race. Everyone knows it. They just want the storyline so badly.. you can make it about caitlin clark only and we'll all watch it.

Clark is one of one. Elite scorer, elite passer, elite distance shooter, elite court vision, elite ball handling. Who else has these skills in one package?

Race should be over, but some want to pretend their skillsets are comparable. It's not comparable.

Lot of players are like Reece in the paint. Plus, missing a shot and getting a rebound off your own missed shot is cheeky.

ESPN is supper biased. CC is Strategist, playmaker, 3 point shooter, and provided multiple assists. I really don't know why you are comparing all these with "rebounds". Furthermore most rebounds were her own misses. Sometimes two or three misses. And you nominate her for ROTY? Shame on you.

I don’t think Elle actually watches the games. And her take on the lawsuit. It amazing me how many people have excused this situation for more than a year.

Dude, seriously, stop being a hater 😂❤ it's not the NBA's fault nobody gives a crap about the women's USA basketball team.

The fact that their jurassic aged coach and the equally antiquated team nearly lost the final shows exactly why Caitlin Clark should of been in Paris in the first place 😂❤

I love what the focus of race means has done in the US, because it has brought to light so many subtle and blatant injustices to people of colour over the last few years, but what it has also done is made it easy to input race in situations where it just isn't a factor.

The only reason Angel Reese is in this conversation for ROTY is because of the backlash the media is scared of from black American twitter if they don't include her. It's what happened during the Iowa loss and it spiraled into a time where Caitlin Clark cannot be mentioned as the #1 pick without being paired with someone who she leads in every single stat. Both are different players in every respects. There is no comparison. It's annoying. The black and white thing that ESPN is keeping up is tired and I hope it ends after this rookie year.

You know Caitlin Clark is leading rookies in all stat categories except rebounding and then she's 3rd in that, why is this even a conversation at this point 😒

I am not sure Reese is even #2 at this point. Clark seems to play because she loves the game. Reese seems to play because of the attention and notoriety. Reese is a good player, but does not have the impact that Clark does

ESPN analysts like to say Angel Reese is a double double machine. But is her double doubles worth appreciating. Angel Reese just had her 18th double double with 11 pts and 15 reb. She had 28.6 FG% and 37.5 FT%. She can't make a layup or free throws. Saying she surpassed Candace Parker and is chasing Tina Charles record is a disgrace to their legacy. Records are meant to be broken not manipulated.

Elle...So weak. You're so worried about pissing off the Angel fans. It's clearly Caitlin and it isn't close. Angel has 11 pts and 15 rebs in a LOSS to Phoenix and Caitlin has 29 pts and 10 asts in a WIN against Phoenix.

Why would ESPN want to expose themselves as basically a fake news channel? Caitlin Clark is one of the best players in the league. Angel Reese is not even the best player on her team. CC is 2nd in the MVP race of the whole league. Fact: AR stat pads. She is so uncoordinated she just flings the ball up and prays and cannot even make layups. Many of her rebounds are not productive and do not help her team win. CC is averaging more blocked shots when AR is 4 inches taller! The ROTY race is over. Stop pretending and lying to bring fake controversy to this. Caitlin's chance to be the league MVP is the real story.

Ant believe yall are still trying to steer this conversation. It’s like asking who’s the MVP this year, Jokic or Malik Monk.

Lmfao. People pretending it’s a convo.

Clark IS THE REASON.

Angel is an excellent rebounder. Love her motor.

But she doesn’t make players better like Clark does. Reese’s game is simple…rebounder and paint points.

It’s not a convo folks.

It's unbelievably insane that this is even a conversation. If it wasn't for race it wouldn't be. Angel Reese can hardly make a layup when she's wide open. Caitlin Clark is about 20 times the player that angel is. And I'm not saying Reese could not be better, if she had any kind of footwork and a trainer that knew how to show her how to make layups, her rebounds would go down quite a bit but she would be a much better player. Caitlin has the basketball IQ, Reese has the physical body. That's it

There really is no race, in fact there never was one happening, Clark closed that down months ago.
