OUTSTANDING! Two excellent cuisines. Did you add cilantro aka coriander? This "Persican" dish would benefit from fresh cilantro. Also, there is no earthly reason that feta should not be added to the cheeses! Also, fresh sliced jalapeños or serranos might be added to the "Persadillas" — unless you think that my additions are too much or would interfere with your desired flavors. Or maybe fresh mint or dried mint in the marinade? It's great just like it is, too, but cilantro, for sure!
