►A delicious goan snack made with breaded pastry filled with prawn mixture and then fried

Ingredients:
For Filling:
200 gms prawns
1 onion
1 Tbsp. plain flour
¼ cup milk
½ Tbsp. butter
2 cheese wedges or 2 Tbsp. spreadable cheese
3 pinches of nutmeg powder
¼ tsp. white pepper powder

For Crust:
100 gms plain flour
200 ml water
1 Tbsp. ghee (clarified butter)
salt to taste

For Coating:
1 egg
breadcrumbs
cooking oil

loved this recipe! I am portuguese and loveeee goan food and Indian food in general! I love watching your channel, because it's very interesting to see the portuguese influences in goan cuisine, that I did not know about. I knew of course the most common ones like vindaloo = vinha d'alhos, but there are so many more! Of course, Indian cuisine influenced our cuisine as well and we are very thankful to you for that :) I wish someday I could visit Gôa :)

Im a big fan of your recipes all of them. Have tried most of them and i must say you are a great cook. When i moved to uk i thought it would be hard to survive without mums food but now i cook myself and i dont miss goa much. Thanks much 😇

Hi thank you for the recipe. To.make it easier i roll a long strip flat place filling on tje strip, fold over and cut with a glass to form half moon.
