thanks bro very quick and it helped alot i realized i had alot of vpns i tried using some of them disconnected but when i took them all off my voice started working again

i went into my router settings and turned my firewall security from high to medium and it fixed it

it's fun how he tells to disable Vpn but acutally enabling it worked for me

tried everything and it didn't work. I use mobile hotspot for the internet. I moved the sim card to another device (my tablet) and do the hotspot from my tablet and it worked!!!
