How to Fix Discord Stuck on a Gray or Black Screen [Still Works on 2024]

Steps:
1. Go to "run" (Window key + R)
2. Type "%appdata%" and hit enter
3. Delete the "Discord" folder or the "Cache" folder inside Discord folder
4. Launch the Discord app

Stuck on discord's frozen gray screen? This video shows you how to fix this problem. This problem basically started after a new update. If this video did not solve your problem, you may need to uninstall and reinstall discord. But there are some other fixes on reddit too, so you may check them before uninstalling the app.
