I know this may sound like common sense but I get asked a lot - if an antenna is included with my stereos and I usually reply with instructions on how to use speaker wire to solve this problem.

I have an old Kenwood receiver that only had the prongs in the back for the AM/ FM input. I kept scratching my head because I couldn’t find an antenna to purchase that would go along with this receiver! So I came across this video and laughed when it worked!!

I had some speaker wire that I stripped and it works like a charm! Thank you so much for posting this video, very helpful!

P.S. sweet Sansui receiver! My uncle had one from the 70’s. He shipped it over from Okinawa when he was stationed there in the Marines!❤️

Has de usar cable paralelo de 0, 75-0, 5 mm de diámetro del tipo para altavoces. Lo cortas a 1, 50 MTS de longitud y haces una especie de T separando dos tramos de 0, 75 MTS cada uno en direcciones opuestas y pegas la T en la pared con cinta adhesiva. Conectas los otros extremos a los terminales donde pone 300 Ohmios y listo. Esas son las medidas correctas para una antena de FM.
