In my country there's a big difference in price between these CPUs: 11400F is 200€ right now, 10400F is 165€.

In my country the difference between 10400f and 11400f is 67 dollars. So it wasn't worth to spent just for 10 percent performance.
i5 10400f is clearly the winner, if the difference would be max 20 l, then I would have considered it buying.
