The saw is very interesting & the story. Sidebar • Back in the day I built several Heathkit projects • The largest was a color TV. • I used to go to their store on 8 Mile Road, in Detroit. I still look for Heathkit on the big bay.

Having had "run ins" with table saws twice in my life, both times outside of my professional career, I can tell you it is no fun. You may remember the last time as it only happened about 18 months ago now. I am much more timid of it now than I used to be, in part because of that, and in part because as I get older I am not quite to self confident in my abilities.
Great piece of equipment you got there.
