If you hold the oil container sideways it won't Splash around like that and make that dripping noise and also won't put air bubbles in the oil

My tC oil filter cap was screwed on so tight I broke a plastic tab needed to remove the cap.
Anyone doing this oil change, go buy an aluminum oil filter cap to replace the ABS plastic OEM oil filter cap.
It removes the need to replace the small O ring and plastic drain tool. the entire part is metal.
Also no need to remove the entire plastic skid plate, there's a slit on the plastic to bend down or cut entirely for easy access

Hello! Thank you for the video. It really helped out. I had a question:

At 3:33, the bolt piece for me would not come off. When I unscrewed, the entire filter housing came off. I cant get the silver piece to come off and I cannot use the plastic drain pipe to drain that small amount of oil or replace the small rubber ring. I continued to do the oil change successfully. Will my car be ok without having replaced the small rubber ring?

I couldn't even get the filter out with a breaker bar and a special filter socket. I broke the damn socket. 22 inch pipe wrench won't budge it. Wtf....

Should replace drain plug washer ( blue one) everytime. Never over tight this oils filter housing, just enough for the filter rim touch engine block no more stop, , , , There's no gasket up there ..
