a lot to improve in this react code.

- First of all, you don't need another state do this error boolean;

const hasError = text < 18

- This input also accept non numeric values, you have to handle with that;

- If you really whant to use a state do store the error boolean, you can simplify your code with:

setError(value < 18)

so you don't have to reset the state
