The smear campaign is serious business. I had one run on me for over 30 years. I was not aware of it for the majority of the time largely because I was ignorant of narcissism and/or their tactics. This is why this channel is so important. The information and education has helped me understand narcissism, how to deal with it and what to expect.

been experiencing hell for 3 years. didn't recognize it initially but has come full circle now.
all possessions gone, money wasted, loss of sleep and extreme weight loss, lies about me being spread and now being sued. I'm still dodging calls and drive by's. I'm still caught off guard over how bizarre it all has been. I am traumatized though I didn't think it possible.

They’re like “how could you do that to me?!” right after they dragged you by your hair and threw your outside with no shoes or coat, broke your phone and took your keys and wallet so you can’t do anything but bang on the door to be let back in. When you live in the middle of nowhere like I do where are you gonna go? Through the woods for 15 miles barefoot? That’s not fun especially in the cold and the rain.

He took 90% of my belongings, kept them, wouldn’t give them back unless I came back. Of course I rebuilt my life from what we had. Never went back.

His flying monkeys are gone. And speak up, I'm not wasting my energy or oxygen. He's plain stupid if he doesn't know his evil. He told my daughter it would take me years to "get over" what he did to me. (46 yrs). Don't fool yourself. They know EXACTLY what they do, and choose their victims, usually those most close to them. I'm not the narc whisperer.😂 And legal action to take over whatever matters to me, well I have my children, grandchildren, wonderful friends, coworkers, and Jesus. He has NOTHING!

I am new in divorcing my narcissistic husband of 24 years and he's trying to take my e.s.a. dog. He's still trying to smear me with things that I never did, and lying that he never said it. Thank goodness I have friends that know how he is and believe me. Thank you for your guidance.
