1994 Otis Series 1 Hydraulic Service Elevator 'B' @ Chesterfield Mall - Chesterfield, MO

(5-12-19) This service elevator was obviously added on later as all the others are 70s Otis. This one is interestingly labeled as "B" and you'll see later on there's another freight labeled "B-2." This one has seen a lot of abuse as the buttons are NASTY.
