I just upgraded from 11 Pro Max to 15 Pro Max last year and I love it, I don't think there's enough new features this year to justify an upgrade for me especially since 15 Pro Max's get Apple Intelligence. I probably won't upgrade again until iPhone 18 tbh

I love BLEEDING EDGE technology. The upgraded 48 mp sensor on the wide-angle lens is important. Even though I have a 15 ProMax, I rarely use the wide angle lens because it's so inferior. The screen will be brighter, easier to see in sunlight. Heat protection for the battery, action button to make my phone more like my DSLR, speed bump up for AI, better Face ID, improved microphone.

I'm rocking my old 12 Pro, so I'm going to finally upgrade to the 16 Pro Max. My main two reasons are:

1. The Camera. Since i'm into content creation and looking to do instagram as well as youtube, I feel like the new camera will be a big help in that department. It's the camera we always have on us! Perfect for when inspiration strikes.

2. The AI features are interesting. Apple is always great at making new tools very convenient and easy to use. So if it could fit into my workflow and improve it...I'm down!

I'd prefer the pro size instead of the pro camera and battery. lol

As a photographer, I am excited that the iPhone 16 Pro Max will be adding a 48mp sensor to the ultra wide camera. Which is awesome. But the 48 mp sensor won’t be coming to the tele lens until the iPhone 17 Pro. But then after the 17 Pro comes out rumors about the 18 Pro camera features will start ramping up. 😂 It never ends. So my best advice is to get what you need now instead of playing the waiting game forever.

I've still been using my 12 Pro Max I got when it first came out. I think I'm going to upgrade to the 16 Pro max when it releases however I think if my phone was even one generation newer I would have held off for the 17 Pro Max
