Farmers insurance has to be the worst insurance company I've ever had to deal with ! We've been waiting a month for them to look at our car to tell us if it's been totaled. multiple calls and emails daily on progress come unanswered so we decided to call corporate and even that fell on deaths ear sadly . meanwhile the body shop is climbing up our backs about our car taking up space at their shop . So don't preach to me how great you are because we have first hand experience with Farmers inability to serve it's customers ! the thing that's really upsetting is its not being lazy it's they just don't care because they got your money already. So when this is all done and over with we will be taking our business elsewhere and I know they don't care because we are just a little drop in a really big bucket of customers to them and hopefully other people will read this and leave to .
