Yes it's £10 BUT IT'S DANGEROUS.

This alcohol stove is 100% a bad design the frame work falls part and the alcohol stove is miss shaped.

With Trangia, they recommend, they say don't fill more than 3/4 full to leave fire enough space to breath.Just a thought.

Surprising actually as the few Lixada items I've got are really well made and finished nicely. May be worth contacting the seller to check that it's not a random crap unit or a dodgy knock-off with Lixada printed on it!

I think the stove it self is ok. I like the design of the stand, but the build quality is shocking. Forget the price, its meant to do a job and it dont.

Shame about the stand I have a Tomshoo fuel burner I've yet to test myself. Is there the ability to use one of those in an EWM wood burning ie a shelf. I was disappointed with there not being a screw top on the Tomshoo burner.

I have one with a screw lid, it leaks! You soon get used to how much alcohol you need, and if you use too much just enjoy the little fire and the heat that comes off it. P.S Trangia advice burn it all off before putting it away, only use the lid if it's at camp and won't be in there for more than a few hours, possibly overnight. But don't transport the stove with alcohol in it. Imagine getting home and alcohol spilled all over inside of rucksack!

I've just checked the prices of original Trangia burners, you're looking at £9-10 plus shipping which brings it to around £14, likewise on eBay they're £13.89 free shipping so tbh I don't think it's worth saving 3 or 4 quid when you can have an original made in Sweden Trangia burner, which will last decades if not abused, you may just have to replace the rubber seal but this isn't essential anyway if you don't carry it with fuel in. I got mine in a camping shop in Holland for 15 Euros and it was more than worth it. I like the small Lixada folding twig stoves which can be used together with a Trangia burner, although the one I bought was a no-name stove but it does the job brilliantly and it's an amazingly compact and foolproof cooking system, plus you can use twigs or hexi/Esbit tabs if you run out of fuel.

i’ve got the little stove but not the stand…. it was cheap but it works for me and the wife picnicking … i just bought the basic two bits of metal that make an x for us to sit the kettle on…. but we’re not serious campers so just have a little metal table and windshield to use it…

Made my own a Alcohol stove out of two pop can ends. Like a penny stove but not. Has holes for blooming and it’s filled with insulation to absorb meths So If tipped over nothing spills out. Works good
