Philly Cheesesteak Calzone

Dough:
3 cups of flour
1 and 1/4 cups of warm water
1 tablespoon of yeast
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Knead for 10 minutes into a ball and let rise for 30 minutes

Oil a pan and have it on medium heat
Add onions and let brown
Cut sirloin extremely thin and season with sweet and sassy garlic pepper
Add steak to the pan
Add green pepper
Once fully cooked remove from the pan and add it to your dough
Add provolone on top and fold the dough over
Brush with melted butter and season with garlic pepper seasoning
Bake at 400 until golden brown

Cheese sauce:
One can of evaporated milk
1 tbsp of cornstarch
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup of velveeta
A few shakes of sweet and sassy garlic pepper seasoning
Mix together and take off the heat when completely melted
