When am I able to sleep and not experiencing anxiety about sleeping, insomnia, or hypnic jerks, I sleep with a noise maker that I've had for years. It has frogs, crickets, and an occasional howl. It's the only thing I can sleep to and I have to order another radio just like it in order to keep it because I'm fairly certain they no longer sell the product anymore. I also listen to a guy who gives sermons when I sleep, his voice is literally perfect to sleep to. Oh, and I can't sleep unless I have two fans on (one at a time depending on which side I sleep on), enough room to lay my arm out at a 90 degree angle, a pillow between my legs, and a plushie to hold. My sleep is so complicated...

My son is autistic and loves to wake up every few hours just to make sure mommy is still awake...makes me laugh no matter how tired I might be!!!
