15 years of my existence and I don't know how to dance. I tried dancing and I looked like a blobfish trying to jump out of water, so I watched different dance videos, and I did learn the dance but my problem right now is I can't move one part properly, I can't make my moves sharp so I decided to look for a beginner kpop video, and I found this! Hopefully it will help!

One tip that works for me for moving my hips is basically act as sexy as possible that it makes you cringe. And also dont look in the mirror when you do it xD

With the hip roll, you roll it starting behind you into the direction of the next foot. And when the temp picks up, the roll becomes less pronounced. I rewatched this so many times until I understood. Now I am sweating like crazy for me!!

I can do the hip movement slowly, but when they speed it up I'm like a fish trying to climb a tree XD Ain't happenin'. Anyone hve advice? Just do it slowly until I can do it fast? Lol

Coming from someone who wants to start dancing to kpop, this is going to be very easy if they dance like this. My only problem would probably be remembering the steps.

I found it helpful that if you have problems with the hip rolls, try leaving them out and learning the other moves, and then gradually add the hips in!

I've always wanted to learn how to dance, but didn't have plans to learn dancing at all at 5 in the morning. Thanks a lot!

I get why the hip roll might be hard but i looked through the comments and slowed the video to .5x to really see what is going on while dancing in front of blurry glass so i don't get too embarrassed from my own silliness. Literally take the advice when she said to envision the number 8 for the hip roll and think it as you move, you will get it!

I actually got this down in about 15 minutes or so. and i'm so happy i tried! It's also a good workout.
