As much as I thought Comey was doing what he thought was was like Flynn: Likely open to black mail, and probably being black mailed, which is why he never prosecuted Clinton. Comey wasn't a bad guy, he just had people running circles around him and couldn't catch them. He was ineffective, and that is just as bad as being partisan.
