It took 5 injections and 4 hours until my baby let go. I had cancer and promised her “when we go. We go together.” I would have taken one of those shots. Survivor guilt is so painful

Im so sorry for your loss.Nothing can ever replace the love of a pet.We had a dog that passed away bout a year ago.She passed away in her sleep.She was 15 y/o, but I hope that she didn't suffer.😭😭😭😭😭

This is so sad to see. I'm so sorry for your loss. She looks a lot like my Momma. We fostered her so she didn't have her pups at the shelter, Partners for Pets. I helped her deliver the last 3. That was 7 years ago. Momma we think is 10 or 11 years old. Again I'm so sorry for your loss.

My dog 7 year old died of organ failure due to parvovirus! She just passed this morning, its night! I had to bury her myself, She was my only friend! 😭

I too have held Our fur baby as they transitioned as well as a Grandmother . It is a profound experience to comfort One as they Pass . And realized though I thought we were always taking care of Wolfgang, I had to assure Wolfgang that My wife & I would bet alright, that He had been caring fort Us and showering us with Love Unconditional Loyalty and companionship ! my boy just passed in my arms this past friday night. he lived a beautiful life. His heart would not stop after the first injection so they gave him another and he was able to cross over peacefully. MY DEAR FRIEND BRODY BOY I LOVE YOU.

I just found my dog not moving on my bed this morning, I touched her and her body was stiff, and I called her but she did not move.That was when I realized that she passed away.I started sobbing and could not face it, then I went to play in a sporting event and tried my best to not think about it, to control my grief.I wish so much that she was still alive, and that I could pet her and stroke her and hug her again.We sent her to someone to dress her up the prettiest she could be, before they send her to the Crematorium, and I am going to see her for the last time in a few hours.She was my best friend for nearly nine years, when I was sad, she licked me and lay by me, and when I was cold at night she always cuddled by me to give me warmth.I just…don’t know how to face it, I just wish it was all a dream…
