In this interview, I delve into the intricacies of private property rights in Ontario and the United Kingdom, demonstrating that municipalities or local councils lack the legal authority to impose property taxes or council taxes.

Furthermore, they do not possess the legal right to enact by-laws, which are essentially rules governing a corporation. Specifically, municipalities are enacting by-laws to regulate vehicles and trailers on private property without legal justification. When the municipality was informed that such action would be illegal and others in the community objected in a public meeting the Corporation of the City of Belleville passed the bylaw anyway.

Additionally, municipalities are introducing clean yards by-laws as a revenue-generating measure, often publicizing these efforts in local newspapers to solicit funds from alleged complaints. It is important to note that individuals have the right to confront their accusers, and municipalities cannot fabricate their own complaints as this would constitute a conflict of interest just as the Corporation of the City of Belleville has done in my case.

The Corporation of the City of Belleville, with the assistance of Jennifer Savini, has engaged in such practices. Moreover, I explain that when a court operates outside the statutory provisions, it loses jurisdiction. The issues presented in this discussion stem from a long-standing conflict with the local municipality, known as the Corporation of the City of Belleville, which has been a source of distress for my family for over 40 years.

This personal experience has driven my interest in law and the legal system. I also uncover instances where courts have permitted perjury by municipal employees and the solicitor representing the municipality.
It is only by exposing this fraud that the people will learn the truth about city officials and bylaws and by exposing the fraud we may put an end to such corruption. The Truth comes out only by public exposure.

Hi Stan you likley already know this but I felt the need to clarify.
One point on the municipality claiming to be a natural person in law. A natural person as defined in international law is not a human being...when we go to any court we are appearing as a natural person. The court act's state this. The natural person is a vessel that can be charged up with our human right's, or the rights and duties of a legal fiction. We cannot access the courts without that designation. Because of the corporate nature of the courts, they cannot see or interact with anything but another fictional entity. The municipality is essentially userping our standing as a natural person, and exercising our full legal capasity that they have removed from us by the act of incorporating us all as the municipality. Any time we become allegedly obligated to any municipal act or bylaw, our full legal capasity has been limited and is a human rights violation. The municipality claims not only to be acting as a natural person but also a natural person of full legal capasity.
That is the standing of every human being before our rights have been violated.

correction the PEOPLE didn't elect the MPs or MPPs etc because unless they've notified the proper authorities per Cestui Que Vie Act (of 1666) that the baby whose birth was the reason of the generation of the Birth Certificate is now of age ready to manage their own affairs they're considered LEGAL PERSONS aka trustees for the trust set up for the baby

SUPREME COURT RULE 19-UNLESS IT IS DENIED YOU ARE DEEMED TO BE A BODY CORPORATE LIKE STATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY ACT AND YOU HAVE RIGHTS BECAUSE YOU ARE DEAD, unless you do a DENIAL OF STATUS to the top gov agencies concerning this you are a LEGAL PERSON
just like the name on all your gov identification and you have no rights.

Here are a couple definitions from the criminal code of canada that pertain to how your property is viewed in the system.

municipality includes the corporation of a city, town, village, county, township, parish or other territorial or local division of a province, the inhabitants of which are incorporated or are entitled to hold property collectively for a public purpose;

Is your property being held for a public purpose!?

public stores includes any personal property that is under the care, supervision, administration or control of a public department or of any person in the service of a public department; 

Is your property under the administration and control of the municipality!?

Defence of Property
No defence
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply if the person who believes on reasonable grounds that they are, or who is believed on reasonable grounds to be, in peaceable possession of the property does not have a claim of right to it and the other person is entitled to its possession by law.

If you intend to defend your property you better have a claim of right that you have sent to the municipality and have a notarized original on file with a notary!

again, there are only 2 capacities among humans living on this planet, you're either a trustee or beneficiary but you can't be beneficiary unless you've notified appropriate authorities. Next in Ontario, thus Canada, if one looks at the deed for "his/her" property they will find it says they're a tenant in common with their municipality NOT the legal owner
