Yep, 60-75 min spin class 5-6 times a week 🙁 the more I did this the more weight I gained 😮, so glad to have corrected this 😊

It is!! You thought that you're doing great for your body by working out 5days a week and eating less..but nahhhh it made my PCOS way worse 😢

Gee yes...and all ppl around me: You are getting "fat", you need to eat less, you need to sport more...Me like: BUT I do, I eat 800 kcal a day, I sport, sometimes I did not even eat dinner at all, going through hell by being judged even from my family and doctors. Had myself checked up 6 times inside out, all doctors like: results are fine. You are healthy. Eat less....its y-just your age blabla.

Im so confused. I have pcos and was told intermittent fasting was good and actislly i lost weifht ahd felt great with it. Ive started doing more exercises now in a week and i feel bigger and my regualr cycle i got has messed up. Am i exercising too much? I dont wajt to give yp.my dance classes even though they are intense because i really enjoy them :(
