Travis, cool story for you. When I was growing up, there was this black dude that had a yellow '74 or '75 Camaro that would come down the street near my house every day. These were residential city blocks with a stop sign at every corner, except there was a 2 block stretch from by my house with no stop sign. Anyways, this guy's car was built. I mean REALLY built. Seriously professionally done by some guys that really knew what they were doing. And this dude was always on it. It was like the car was so built you just HAD to flex it's muscle. Like you could not resist it. You could always hear it coming. Each stop sign in the distance I would hear it. I, and my friends, if they were around, would stop what we were doing, and run out from the yard to catch a glimpse of it. It never disappointed! This was a car that would lift the front wheels off the ground when he would launch from the stop sign at our corner. I still get goose bumps. I can still hear that anyways, one day, a few blocks down from my house, by Main see this Camaro, but this white guy is driving it. Has this look on his face like: "This is scary, but I like it." He's just putting along....then I look behind the Camaro, and now I understand what happened. There is a cop car following the Camaro, and guess who's in the back seat? Yeah, the black dude. I had the impression they busted him just for a chance to drive that amazing car. Don't know what happened, but I think that was about the last time I saw that car.

My bro had same year .We built a 400 small block for it and it pushed 525 horses back in the 80’s and that was a lot back then.Eneded up on later rebuild the frame twisted and my brother sold it without telling me and pissed me off cause I put $1, 500 in that motor myself .Would like to get another someday.
