In this "STUDY WITH ME" lesson we are going to understand the relationship between NOTES, SCALES AND CHORDS.
This is a very important chapter in MUSIC THEORY, it's called HARMONIZATION, and it's a fundamental concept for IMPROVISATION, COMPOSITION, SONG WRITING, and ARRANGEMENT.

We have an HARMONIC PROGRESSION: what scale (or scales) can we use to IMPROVISE on it?
Or: we are writing the MELODY OF A SONG: what CHORDS can we use to HARMONIZE that melody?

We are going to understand how to answer to this kind of questions, first in the KEY OF C MAJOR, and in general, on DIFFERENT KEYS.

We are going to LEARN the relationship between the natural notes of the C MAJOR SCALE and the seven CHORDS, in their first basic form of TRIADS, that we can build putting together those notes. We are going to start to VISUALIZE this relationship on the PIANO, and then we are going to put everything into practice on the GUITAR.
So, as usually, get ready to watch this lesson with your INSTRUMENT, to PLAY ALONG WITH ME and really experience what we are talking about!
