I have a YETI Rambler with the straw cap and I can see mold starting in the smallest nooks and crannies that I can't really get to. I clean my bottle almost every day but I'm so much more satified with how throuoglly you can clean a Stanley cup because you can take everything apart unlike the YETI. I'm only wanting one because I see everyone else with it and it's perfect to clean.

I got my Stanley a couple days back and I took it to school, you will not believe how dirty my cup was when I disassembled it. Thank you for showing me how to clean my cup. Also my Stanley leaks a lot and it gets dirty easily so I would stick with normal water bottles. 🩷

What about the silicone seal on the lid where it screws on? Do you ever remove that to clean under it?

Do you notice any paint chipping on the Stanley from washing it in the dishwasher? I had this problem when washing Yeti tumblers on the top rack.

I usually just add 2 ounces of hydrogen peroxide and 1 teaspoon of baking soda than fill to the fill line with hot water and add 1 more teaspoon of baking soda and let it fizz for 5 to 10 minutes and that gets out all the stains in my water bottles or tumblers. Rinse afterwards and use the same mix for the lid but with more baking soda.

PLEASE COMMENT BACK!!! 🙏Have you noticed a ring at the bottom of the stanley after putting it in the dishwasher??? Mine says dishwasher safe on it but after running it through it has a ring. I worry the heat messes with the seal on the bottom whoch contains led... thoughts please? I haven't used my stanley since washing it because I am worried of led poisoning.

I have a question like if you just clean it with the vinegar, doesn’t it smell like vinegar like your Stanley doesn’t smell like vinegar I tried this thing really didn’t work like it worked perfectly like it was pretty clean, but it smelled like vinegar and then it smelled really bad so I just had change my Stanley because whenever I want to have a sip or like a drink the smell of the vinegar was in my nose

I didn't know that you can put a Stanley bottle in the dishwasher. I thought that removed the vacuum which insulates to keep drinks cold longer.
