All you need is a spark of hope. And I want to carry that for you if you feel in this moment that you're done, that you're depleted, that all you know is the despair and the darkness. I know that darkness intimately. And this is the roadmap that I hold. Because not only did I know that darkness intimately in my childhood, but as I went through healing as an adult, there are many times I was brought back to that darkness.
There is light at the end of the tunnel. And that there is a reason why, because I know it is so hard for us to ever fathom why we had to go through what we went through.
I will hold your hand and take this journey with me.
And I will show you the way.
