Trying Texas pasture raised beef from Backyard Butchers

Compound butter:
-1 stick (4oz) softened butter
-2 cloves garlic
-pinch red pepper flakes
-1 tsp cajun seasoning
-salt & pepper to taste
-1 tsp hot honey
-chopped parsley & thyme

Pan Sauce:
-1 shallot or 1/2 small onion
-1 clove garlic
-1/2 cup red wine
-1 bunch thyme
-2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
-1 tsp dijon mustard
-2 tbsp heavy cream
