Can get mobile footage but cant get cms on laptop to connect to my dvr

I am having issues with the set up of muteOthersAllowed in cms. According to some guides, I should enable this in the callLegProfile. If I issue the get command to retrieve system/profiles, I will only see callprofile and not callLegProfile.
What can I do to resolve the issue?
