The best part of this video is " because I couldn't afford it". A completely honest rejection of the trends automotive industry. Well done.

Love the videos with Tommy and Roman. I recently lost my father, and he and I loved cars, trucks, and bikes. He was always with me whenever I’d buy something. Seeing these two together puts a smile on my face knowing a father and son are enjoying and appreciating vehicles the same way me and my old man did.

Dude 6 speed, 2 door Wrangler?? That’s the way to go. No shame there! Don’t need a Rubicon for 98% of off-roading lol

You guys should use this Willys Sport as a baseline 4x4 that is your baseline expectation for 4x4 performance. It could be the "control" in all of your experiments with other 4x4 vehicles and would make it really cool to see this Jeep in a side by side comparison with all the other vehicles you test off road.

I heard him say "manual windows and manual mirrors" "as stripped down as you can get" and it made me think of my first Jeep with zipper windows, no radio or AC and an inline four cylinder! Love your Jeep, though.

Tommy I love your Jeep and I’ve never owned one and at 67 probably never will. I love the crank windows, manual door locks, ect. Ect. No confusing or busy electronics to foul up. Very nice.
PS: don’t let the detractors talk you into the aftermarket rabbit hole. You don’t need sway bar disconnect or lockers or 50 inch tires. Keep it simple stupid! Words to live by.

The Jeep looks epic on that trail. It’s just so right with the two door scampering up the trail. Good purchase for honest reasons.

Really chuffed for Tommy. You can tell how much he enjoyed that compared to the TRX just by looking at his smiling little face!

Love the Willys package! There’s two versions ~ Willys and Willys Sport (less expensive). Yours is the direct descendant of my 1985 CJ. Keep showing us what it can do! Slip test next ?

i love the fact that you didn't get a rubicon, because a lot of the content on youtube would make you think you need a rubicon to go on all of these trails.

I swear I thought Roman was holding a poodle inside the Jeep. No, it was a camera and fuzzy microphone.

It would be great to go head to head with a low end stock big Bronco

...uh, it says "Willys" on the hood? 🤣

Congrats, beautiful Jeep, beautiful place to take it out and play! 👍👍

I am glad to see this. I would like to see more content that shows the capability of the lower trim levels. Most of us don't have Rubicon $$ for a hobby.

7:50. Apply light parking brake pressure to engage the rear LSD.

It is good to see a man who loves off-roading in a vehicle he loves. Well done, sir!

I’m feeling pretty good about my 2019, 2 door rubicon, manual for $35k. It has the bigger screen, power windows and locks, and a soft top.

I actually love that it has manual windows and locks
