what if I want to go from 0.1234 to 12.34? this doesn't help

This is not helpful at all because it does not solve the issue. What you covered is only the display part of it. But what if you want to add symbols to your numbers and you click on the number to add a symbol to it, the excel will still not show the decisions the correct way

Excel is the worst program I've ever seen when talking about decimals.
If I write, for example, into a General formatting cell, 5.1969
it automatically assumes its own way of reading this and writes 51.969 .

Look that this video starts with those numbers already there.
I really would like to see them been writen there and what Excel would cause them...

There's no way to do this program to understand a simple decimal number headaches-free method...

Microsoft is stuck in 1994...
